How to get residence proof fro OBC Certificate

Sir, I need obc caste certificate in maharashtra for education . I have all document but i don't have a residential proof of 1967 How am i supposed to go ahead with this ?
Generally a person who is born in any state is entitled for a obc certificate from the concerned authority of the state from which he belongs. In your case since you belong from Haryana in such case you shall be entitled to claim obc certificate from the concerned authorities from Haryana itself and they will only verify your certificate who have issued you certificate.
