How to get cricket club registered

dear mr. / mrs., we have formed a cricket club since 15/12/15. we want to now register this under societies act of india (karnataka). we have an elected secretary, treasurer and president. this club is formed of software professionals of all grades, who had played representative cricket of some form earlier in their life. we will register this club at a cricket ground (which can receive mails, post or communication on our behalf.
Irrespective of your registration at the cricket ground this need to be registered under Kar. tion Soc.registration act which is a welfare association. Depending upon the registered office of the association which is the jurisdiction it needs to be registered.
