How to get a copy of decree in order to proceed

my grandmother has filed a case of our old land through krishnagiri court at 1985, her get a two judgement decree at 1992-1995(year exactly dont know). and old judgement decree copy has stolen at opposite petitioner at before 8 years in my home. so we dont know the details about that decree copy. only know the between years of judgement like 1990-1995. i have finalised the lawyer of that case and ask them to copy of judgement decree... but he is not willing to gave the case details as well as decree copy also. because of unknown reason. my question is there anyway to get that decree copy to search court record room with legaly for me. please describe the details what should i know.... Thanks in advance

You have to apply to the court registrar for getting a copy of the decree. If your lawyer is not cooperative, you may engage some other lawyer for the assignment. You may also directly approach the court registrar.
