How to correct father's name in documents if father has died

In my service record my name is Guru Prasad. Bur in addhar and 10th certificate Guru Prashad. How can I solve my problem

For name correction in Aadhar card, you can request name correction online or offline.
Online, you can visit UIDAI’s Self-Service Update Portal and login with your Aadhar number and OTP. You can then select the option to update your name and upload a self-attested copy of a valid proof of identity document. You can also track the status of your update request online.
Offline, you can visit the nearest Aadhar enrolment/update centre and fill out the Aadhar correction form2. You can also attach a self-attested copy of a valid proof of identity document and submit it to the operator. You may have to pay a fee of Rs. 50 for the update service. You can also check the status of your update request by calling 1947 or visiting the UIDAI website.
