Dear Client, To convert legally from obc to sc reservation you must put all evidence to show to the court that you belong to sc. For which your father or mother should belongs to sc. Otherwise court should not order the educational record or other identity record to modify from obc to sc.

Conversion can be done between one caste to other caste by prior intimation to concern by following procedure but there is no certain statute for the same. Regarding conversion from one religion to another religion, there is certain procedure. Your query is silent for what purpose and why you are converting from OBC to SC. If it is to get benefits no authority will permit you and no law is in your favour.
