How to change permanent address in my father's death certificate

Hi, I'm living in chennai and when my father came to my house, he got sick and admitted in SRMC chennai and he died in the hospital. At that time I have given my address(chennai). But my father belongs to Arni Town and he has all the proofs. I got the death mentioning the temporary and permanent address with chennai address. Now I need to change the permanent address in the death certificate to my father's native address. Please give me any advice on this.
You cannot change the address in the death certificate. A person may live anywhere and die anywhere else. Death certificate is valid only if it is issued by the local authority under whose jurisdiction a person dies.
