How to change date of birth in birth certificate

My DOB is different in birth certificate,but other documents have same DOB. so I want to correct the DOB in birth certificate for passport.If it possible?and if yes than how? DOB of my birth certificate is 29/11/1995 and all other documents have 29/07/1995. I want to change in birth certificate.So please could you help me out.
You cannot change DOB in Birth Certificate without permission of High Court. You have to file a special case in High Court to change that and looking to the facts of your situation, there are very less chances that HC will allow such an application.
It will be advisable if you change the DOB in all other certificate.
P.S. - Changing DOB in School L.C. and Licence are very easy process. Afterwards, it is easy for other documents.

sworn an affidavit before concern executive magistrate regarding his original birth date and thereafter submit the said affidavit to the Birth and Death Registrar of your locality and he will issue another birth certificate. if he denied the same then file a misc. case before the executive magistrate and the learned executive Magistrate after proper inquiry he will pass direction for issuance of new birth certificate to the Birth and Death Registrar.
