regarding to this,my farther is a resident of karnataka and he is belonging to the ( lambani )schedule caste [SC] but they are sent me to study in tamilnadu. in tamilnadu our caste lambani is modified into lambadi and it is belonging to the bc [backward class] caste.this caste continued in my sslc & 10+2 markscard , is their is way to change in my marks card .please give me a suggestion regarding this.thank you............
The cast cannot be changed under the Indian Law. The cast one is born in remain his/her cast through the life. You may try your luck by petitioning the Commissioner for Scheduled Casts & Scheduled Tribes.
