Eligibility to get caste and income certificate of 2b reservation

My dad is state government employee, annual income is approximately 9lakhs, but he has taken home loan, personal loan, etc he spends his earnings to return bank loans and remaining on family & household, he has no money for savings from many years, At this state of my family can i get caste & income certificate of 2b reservation as I belong to OBC ?
Your father income is important consideration but not his debt and other financial commitments
However you may obtain a true certificate and apply
If not in reservation category you may be considered under general merit if you have required eligibility

Hi, you can apply for the caste and income certificate of 2b under OBC as per the actual facts. However the total annual income is considered for issuing the income certificate irrespective of home/personal loan and spending's/savings etc. Based on the income limit and caste the reservation shall apply for respective post according to the job notification/norms set.
