change of old format to new format of obc certificate

I have OBC certificate from District Magistrate level dated 10/06/2017 in the old format. But for appointment in Railways new formatis prescribed. What should I do?

in this case you can give and affidavit as to that the content in your certificate is true and the information in this certificate is also true. however you can change the format of the certificate as per the demand and guidelines of the railways.
