Can We Take Bike To Different District If We Got Registration Number?

Hi Sir, I recently purchased new scooter at my hometown( Tiruvannamalai). I just did registration today at RTO office and got registration number via message. I can see RC in mParivahan but I did not get rcbook from RTO. Can I take my scooty to different district ( Hosur) without rcbook? Is mParivahan document enough to take or I need to wait till I get RC book from RTO? Please advice.
This refer to your law Rato posted query Yes u can show that document of registration as valid proof to transport the if authority enquired you and also you also can seek time produce original physical copy of documents. But there is no legal embargo in act reg transportation the same so u can proceed with transportation.
