after competion BE i had changed my name now i wanted to go for abroro

Recently i had changed my First name ( for the proof ) i have affidavit,Pan card, aadhar card,news paper copy which was publish in local and regional news paper now i wanted to study in abroad but all the certificates and marks card are in my old name so what should i do can i go to abroad for my higher studies with the new name by using above proof.
you need keep the affidavit, paper publication with you and file before court and to get order from court so that court will order all authorities to change name in several records. if interested let me know

1. you need to file a suit with jurisdictional courts where the education institutions present. ur name with institutions also need to be changed.
