Written commitment from parents of girl as surety if she suicides

I am an Indian Hindu male. After a dispute, girl left for her parent's home, as impulsive reaction. Now they are insisting me to stay together. If not, girl threatened to commit suicide. Now everybody is suggesting to give this relationship a chance, considering all this as part of marriage. Though, I am also thinking of proceeding in this direction but, after getting written commitment from her parents that, in future if she commit anything wrong then I will not be responsible for the same.
Please note that even dying declaration is subject to judicial scrutiny. Any such written statement is not sufficient. You approach before women cell and settle your dispute. It is no doubt correct that one should take second chance in life where possible.
