Women telling his man to leave this parents and stay with her

Hello, What if women tells her man to leave his parents and take his property and leave his parents but man refuses it as man wants to live with his parents, which are 67-60 ages both were cancer patients and women's troubles her parents and lastly man told no he can't leave his parents so she started blackmailing him with cases false rape cases and many other things.... please help please reply

Marital rape is yet not an offence in India. so if you're married, not to worry. be prepared to give away half of your income as per your last 3 income tax returns as your partner's maintenance, if she's not earning. You may file a civil application in court for staying with your wife at your parents' house and if she denies on record, you can file divorce petition. looking at the 4-5 years of span of court proceedings, you may consider your legal options. feel free to connect for appointment based meeting.
