Does a women cell complaint automatically converts to FIR if it is now resolved during counselling? Or girl has option to file FIR or not
yes women cell complaint automatically gets convert into FIR if police after probable enquiry come to the conclusion that case should be made out against the alleged person and your complaint will be considered as FIR

If the problems between parties are resolved so why you need to go for FIR??? The main thing is solution of problem, it is good if the matter solved in counselling, no need to go for first information report
