Woman name change under seperation

I am a married woman, I have filed a divorce petition which is under hearing and have not concluded yet.I am having name followed by my husband name currently in few documentsnAadhar and pan having my old name (followed by father name)nI want to change my name in all my documents to my old parental name as still divorce petition result is pending but I affirm to give divorce.I have tried to applied through Gujrat state gazette but rejected saying need divorce certificate.may please guide me the procedure to change my name.is there any rule that I cant change my name through gazette without divorce certificate? nthank you

Yes, you will have to change the same through Divorce Certificate. However, is the divorce petition contested by your husband? if not a deed will be helpful to change the name. open to further queries. Regards, M. K. Vohra & Associates
