without devorce whether wife can lead life with other person without marriage registration ?.

Without obtaining a divorce a woman belonging to any religion in India cannot do another marriage by registration or otherwise As regarding to living with or leading life with another person becomes illegal only as far as her undivorced husband is concerned.

Hi Sir/Madam As per your issues, without obtaining a decree of divorce from the competent court she can't lead life with another person. If she stays with another person the first husband can file divorce petition on that ground alone he can obtain divorce without paying any maintenance.
