Withdrawal of divorce after transfer by supreme court

Supreme court has transferred divorce petition case to wife's hometown. Can I now withdraw my case . I don't want to continue and contest the case at her home town.

if you want to withdraw the divorce petition only for the reason that the petition has been transferred your wife's hometown then I suggest not to withdraw. if only you want to withdraw the matter then you should pray for liberty to file for same cause in future. otherwise you won't be able to file in future.
