Will she file FIR under Sec 406


31-Oct-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Wife has filed 2 years ago , Sec 498A,504,506,35 and 1st hearing in in feb next year . Her clothes and other belongings is with us only and suddenly 02 days back she came with local police for the same. If we not give the same by inform her that she will get after the court proceedings are settled Will she file sec 406

already depos case under Section 498 A has been filed against you in such circumstances you can inform the court about her entering in house without court order with poice. you can opt for mediation ans settle matter.
