Will I get interim maintenance while being employed but too depressed?

I left my matrimonial house due to my domestic violence and issues with in laws, also my husband did fraud of marrying second time with me, without telling us..filed FIR and chargesheet is also done..now my lawyer is filing maintenance on my behalf..will I get that while being employed? I am not able to focus on my work and very depressed these days, I am undergoing treatment as well..and I can't live with my parents anymore because of society, can I get maintenance on such grounds?
Yes you can be entitled for maintenance even if you are employed. The court will decide and it will depend upon the salary of your partner. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. The question is that did your husband give divorce to his first file before marrying you ?
As you stated with him n this also comes under domestic violence n u can take maintenance n compensation. You can also file suit to declare this marriage null n void !
