Wife working in another city forcing husband to relocate to her place

My wife at time of marriage on Govt Job (transferable across India) in different city & continued to be there post marriage. I have a private job and after marriage with mutual consent I moved to a 3rd city where she agreed to take transfer. Once I took up the new job she said citing transfer will not possible and that its my duty to shift to her place of work. At the time of marriage she stays in rental house in the city where she is working. However later she said rental accommodation is owned by her family. Post my joining new job, there is drastic change in behavior which included vague verbal allegations against my family and slang. She also started demanding money for her upkeep, which I denied citing its she who stays away on Govt job in another city. While she had verbally on MCD, she later back tracked citing she will make periodic visits which would help her not to stay with in-laws (i am only child). Please advise on divorce
