Wife wants divorce how can I defend

my wife has left my home since three and half years, i tried to manage her to bring my home ,but she and her parents denied,i dont have any serious issue or problem with her but she denied to come back my home,.and she applied for maintainance w,in front of judge i agreed to take her back,but she refused and asking separation from my parents,i am not in condition to get separated.she dont want any accuse only separation ,thats really mentally torturous for me.so how can I will protest from that.
If your wife filed a divorce Petition than you can contest it by making a counter claim under section 9 read with section 23 (A )of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, this can be done by filing written statement. If your wife is seeking maintenance then you have to established that how she has deserted you without any sufficient cause or reason . The Counter claim for restitution or petition for restitution would be advisable for your case. Further suitable legal advised can be provided after going through the entire facts of the case.
