Wife used fake signature to get my bank statements how to use evidence

I have file a case of section 9 against my wife in return she filed section 24 she has given affidavit to court with my account statement which is shared my bank or she has done fake signature for getting account statement. I have certify copy of bank statement which i have taken from court. So please guide me how i can used this evidence for criminal case. Court has never ask me for providing the account information. guide me what should i do

you should send a legal notice to bank regarding false signatures and bank should file a complaint in police regarding this. If bank did not take any action, you should file a criminal complaint to police regarding forgery. If police did not take any action, you has a remedy to file a criminal complaint in the court.
