Wife threatening husband and family and trying to split family advise

30-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello, In my Family my Brothers wife is threatening my parents over small issues and didn't listen to anyone. She files false complaints against father in law of beating. Last 2 times when she filed complaint against my father we convinced her to take it back and do whatever she wants. But she is going over limit now. she is going anywhere without telling us and also always talking on phone and if husband asks about it she again give same threats of committing suicide with his 1 children who is 2 years old. We had asked if she want to live in other house then they can go but she says she want her part in property. We only have one house which is on the name of Grand father and will be split up into 4 parts which we be only 2-3 lakhs per side. CAN WE FILE ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST HER SO SHE CAN BE ON RIGHT PATH OR LEARN A LESSON?

Dear client your problem is serious . But every problem has a solution . If your brother's wife threatening other family members to implicate them by making false charges then the aggrieved party can file complaint against her for extortion . Moreover your grandfather has every right to deal with his property .she cnt claim any share in it. the only solution u have is that your brother has to file divorce on solid grounds nd proofs. inspite of it u need advice of an advocate before taking any step . for more information meet me personallly.
