Wife staying with her parents not agreeing to come back what can I do

Married in june 2014, she went to her parents house she is there for last 2 months. Now she neither agreeing to come back nor for giving divorce what to do
without any further Delay immediately file for a petition for restitution of conjugal rights , this petition will also safegaurd you against any 498 or DV complaint which your wife might file against you. You can also file a complaint in the nearest police station stating the facts that your wife is not coming back and she might file false case.
