Wife sent divorce notice & how much time it will take for divorce if I

Hello all.....I need expert lawyers help...my wife left me before 10 months ...I dont know the exact reason....since then I tried to contact her many times, but she is not attending my calls ...she blocked me on WhatsApp....I dont know where she is living in Mumbai.....she is working here....we tried in multiple ways ...through mediators also....but her family did false allegations about dowry demand, beating her....then after 9 months of separation we sent RCR 09 notice to them......ow she didn't came but she has filed divorce case & maintenance case in family court....ow I am not getting what should I do? Please help me...what us next procedure...how much time it will take for divorce if I agreed....how much alimony should I give as she is earning & having good salary....we dont have kids...

If you are agree for divorce then you both will get divorce within 6 month by mutual consent. your question about maintenance in mutual consent which can only decided by you both.

Hi,you can file rcr case in the same court. Matter will go for counseling. There tje counselor will ask both of you to settle... now its up to tour wife how much mone she demands and whether you will be able to meet with her demand. But in your case plus point is that she is the one who wants divorce.
