Wife run away from home without information before 11 month.

My wife run away from my house without information before 11 months. My son live with me. She didn't come to meet our child. Also she didn't asked about child on call. She said that she don't want child, but just only to harassment, can she claim child custody??

If you are in fear that your wife might claim your child's custody in future only to harrass you then you take the lead. it's better you make the application before court for your child's custody before she does.
