Wife Postponing Bharosa Cell Counselling Meeting

Hello , On 21st May-23 a NC was filled against me in local police station by my wife Sec 323 , 504 , 506 (as informed by local police although it is NC still no FIR). She had left same day with my 6 yr old daughter. After 1month I received call from Pune Bharosa cell for counselling. We both attended 1st counselling but things were not going in her favor there, She called 1 day before 2nd meeting and now I am not sure what legal actions is she preparing against me

now even if your wife has left the house on her own she might Institute a case of domestic violence against you stating that you have driven her out of the matrimonial house. she may also claim maintenance stating that you have no sense of responsibility towards your wife and child . in that case you have to take the initiation before your wife takes any step or action.
