As per the report of Ahlmad bailable warrants of neha wifen received back served. An application has been moved bynCounsel for witness neha for exempting personalnappearance in the court on account of averments made in thenapplication. Taking into consideration the submissions in thenapplication, the personal appearance of witness neha standsnexempted for today only. Witness stands bound down.

It means that the wife in whose name the warrants was issued on the previous date of hearing was absent and her lawyer moved an application for not appearing before the court only for today and the said application was allowed by the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
