Wife not supporting and dating other men how can I get divorce

Hi, i am working in BPO company. Its been 3 years since I am married and i am not happy with my wife. My wife accuses me if i try to visit my mother's place, She keeps spending money on shopping and food and till now we do not have any savings. Her mother know about the issues and accused me back. Recently she has started dating a person in her office and keeps calling and chatting with him in front of me and goes out on Saturdays to meet him. Please advise if there is any way to get divorce and what kind of proof do i need to produce in court. Thanks
It's better you try to mend it if you can for betterment of relationship ,but in case if you feel that you are being cheated by your wife you need to do some urgency and then make a good legal approach in this regards ,ad soon as possible or else there would be action from other side ,which it might not be possible to wear it.

Things have taken a worst turn for you, its better you file a petition for divorce making her dating person as one of the party to the proceedings and seek for divorce on the ground of cruelty. Dont give money or u r ATM card for her use, if she leads a immoral or a irresponsible life you can seek divorce, however, u hv to prove your allegations against her.
