Wife not leaving me to speak and see my child from 8 months

My wife went to her parental house from the past 1 year and seperated without any reason. Not leaving me to speak or see my 9 years daughter. I filed child custody case. Can I see and talk with my daughter from the first hearing date onwards?

Hi sir, After you recieved a Court order only you can see your daughter. You may ask for a interim order until a case was disposal. For that you have to file the I.A petition for interim order Thank you
