Wife not giving divorce or leaving. She is a narcissist

Wife 3 years or so elder to me but changed her dob to be my same age. Had her family argue with me and stay in our home without leaving even when asked. Ran away with child one month after birth. Brought her fugitive brother in our home for two months and had him say to not to talk to my mother anymore. Trapped me in a police case for drugs. Daily shows anger to me. Does not talk properly. She is a phycopath but seems good to everyone when acting normal. Lies constantly. Need to get divorced but not leaving or giving divorce. Her family all over India. She is not wanting to share child. Demanded a lot of money which I don't have. Wanting it from my family members. I need help getting out of this relationship and finding peace at last.
