Wife mentally sick in laws filed harassment case what can I do

I got married on 25th of April. After one week of my marriage I found out that my wife is mentally sick. My in laws lied to me that she is going through treatment from a psychiatrist. A meeting has been done between my parents and inlaws. They agreed with me that we will get saperated. But now they have filled a false case of harrasment on me. Please let me know what can I do now?
Dear client, there is provision in divorce law if your spouse is having any mental sickness, you can file a divorce on these grounds, but first you should have valid evidence of that like the treatment record of the patient, if your in laws have filed a false case of harassment don't worry give a reply of the same on merits, try to collect the record of her treatment first..
