wife may deny during the second motion, what precautions can i take?

Me and my wife filed mutual consent divorce.we have an agreement of 6.5 lakhs.3 lakhs we paid already.with in the cooling off period she went abroad.she gave power of attorney to her father.they are not forwarding papers to the court.they are asking remaining money before forwarding.my fear is that if I give money if they take u turn what should I do. Almost 1 year completed now.jugde is not taking any decision.he is saying settle outside and come to me.I am not able to decide what to do.please suggest me what to do next.

Since you have both of the documents, namely the mutual consent divorce petition filed in the court and also the separation and settlement agreement signed by both the parties where in the advance is already paid, you can file these documents as proof in the court. You can also mention in the court that your wife has gone abroad and is unlikely to return and hence you may be permitted to deposit the balance Rs3Lakhs in the court.
