With sincere respect to all of you , would like to describe bit more ( in reference to my previous question ) as some lawyer asked me to describe more . Sirs/ mams, I m aware of the sections on this divorce case , I ve read through multiple judgements to understand bit more . 1) wife is living without providing address details for 8+ years . 2) living separately almost 7+ years . 3) Husband found wife living with boyfriend only 6 months back . 4) no access to wife’s phone . So those WhatsApp chats of wife and boyfriend not possible . 5) only details - the husband has is statements of the locality where they are living 6) CDR of wife and boyfriend can be availed 7) bank details of both of them can be availed 8) Wife is working a good job getting INR 60K . 9) on a mutual div. Discussion wife asking 1.25 Cr —— -10)) husband has zero physical relation till date . ( cruelty / desert ) So my only question is - can this be treated as circumstantial evidence and admissible in court ?

No these can’t be treated as circumstantial evidences. You need to more evidences that they both have been staying together via videos, your if u happen to have the chats/audio/video describing their relations. Talking on phone won’t work as a ground of adultery etc. I would recommend you not to use your brains at all in this, rather hire expert advocate n let him do his work, the knowledge gained by google will make you more confuse n will Equally irritate your advocate. Thanks n b in touch
