Wife left home after 5 months of marriage can she claim alimony

Hi, my wife left me just 5 months of our marriage.her behaviour was rude we do not have any child from marriage she is earning 30-35 k and my income is around 55-60. I have dependency of my parents.also my dad is ill due to liver cirrhosis disease, i tried to come back home for last 1 year but she was blamming that we harrash her which is not true she also told be that i have to live seperate from my patents also i have to go gym and learn driving then she will come to me. She many times refused for sexual relationship and refused to have child. So can she able to get alimony from me by me?
Dear client to save from alimony first send legal notice through lawyer and her come back to home. If she will not come then file case for restitution of conjugal rights. Sir first try to convince her by only amicable manner. don't be in hurry for having sex relation with her since only 5 months have been passed. Whole life is there for this waiting for to happen this. The law had given tool to women to claim maintenance amount and no body can stop them to get it. Don't think about divorce try to convince her with medication technique. For any help feel free to ask question.

She can claim maintenance as of right.
You have to prove her income source substantially.
In that case court may or may not grant her maintenance.
You can try for resumption of cohabitation but if you fail then you have a good case of divorce at hand.
