सर मै धनबाद से हूं । मेरी पत्नी मायके में 5 महीने से है । मै बोकारो से hypos corpus ka notice bhejwa sakta hu.

apke case mai habeas corpus ka case nahi Banta Hai, jab Patni self nahi aaye to apke paas restitution kf conjugal right ka case Banta Hai wife ko lane ke liye, aap kissi local Advocate se help le kar kar sakte hai

habeas corpus writ High Court ya Supreme Court mein file Hota Hai. wo bhi tabhi jab kisine Jabardasti qaid kar rakha ho. agar aisa hai to pahle FIR karwa dijiye. phir advocate se advice lijiye. agar wife apni marzi se mayke mein hai to family Court mein Restitution of conjugal rights ki application file kar sakte hain.
