Wife is not provideing 3 years bank statement in her affidavit

Hello
My age is 54
Wife filed divorce (13IB) and Maintenance (Section 24) in April 23, She is M.A. B.ed and earning. I am only B.Com. I have some health problems.
She has not submitted affidavit (Rajnesh Vs Neha) with application. Filed affidavit in July-24 (after my application to close her right) without bank statement of 3 years, but mentioned that it is attached with affidavit. i have filed application to court to make a perjury as per BNS section 191, 193, 199,
In the absence of her documentary evidence, your contrary proof of statement prevails in your favour. file and application to close her evidence stage. cross examination preparation for one date and then take her inadequate documents as unproved to end the matter. no conclusive evidence, hence matter gets dismissed with the minimum amount of maintenance or no maintenance. If aggrieved by the judgement, feel free to consult for appeal!
