Wife is living separately can I take divorce from her on this ground

sir, as i and my wife staying separate from me. she is separated as she is not intersted to stay with me. and also she is having other affairs with some body. we have a child of 7 years old with me, I got the custoy. already three years over the case is still pendingin the court hindu marriage act. can she get a divorce. or can i get a divorece without the knowledge of each other.can she marry when court case is pending,as i put allproperties on her name.i asked her to join my wife to stay with me in the court case is pending she is not coming to the court. i dont know.
Not sure where the delay is in the court process. Normally within 3 years the divorce should be completed.
No body can get divorce with out knowledge of each other.
Probably since your wife has all the properties in her name, her side advocate is dragging the matter so that the properties will remain with her. did you ask for properties to be split in the court as these are from your earnings as well?
Need to know more as it appears that she might be living with somebody when the divorce is pending
