Wife is denying reconciliation in false dv

In 2024 feb we filed a mutual divorce bit one month later wife filed false 498, DV. But me, the husband want to stay with my wife. But she is refusing even to talk to me or any councelling. She wants divorce. What to do if i want her to come back or else mutual divorce?

dear client as per query since your wife doesn't want to stay with you and has also filled the case against you so you can apply for mutual divorce with the consent of both the parties you or you both can go for counseling if you want to stay
