Yes, adultery is a recognized ground for divorce under Section 13(1)(i) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. If you have credible evidence showing that your wife maintained an extramarital relationship before and/or after marriage, you may seek a decree of divorce. As regards the boyfriend, generally the alleged adulterer is not a necessary party to a divorce petition. However, in appropriate cases and depending upon the facts and evidence, the court may permit impleadment if his presence is required for effective adjudication.

Yes, you can certainly make if he is willing to give testimony in your favour. Even if he is not willing to give testimony, you can certainly add him as party, so that, he can throw light before the Hon'ble Court, that, what relationship he had with your married wife!

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you and you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of adultery. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

No boyfriend cannot be made a party legally however divorce can be sought on ground of adultery You cannot legally make the boyfriend liable for anything however all evidence can be used to strengthen your case and to get a divorce

You can file a case for divorce on the ground of adultery. If you want to make a party to her bf then you can add him as a co-respondent (this rule varies from courts to courts) however he is not a necessary party and even if you do not add him in the petition, divorce can be granted on the grounds of adultery if you prove this.
