Wife having illegal contact and i am unable to prove


13-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
we got married in 2016.My wife stayed with me for 4 months Only - she had an affair before marriage and she continued even after marriage. we asked her to come along with her parents and dropped near her house. after few days she said she pregnant and after few months she said baby girl .No clue for us. they never returned for any settlement.Now in 2020 they came suddenly asking for property share

you file a divorce case and say that child is not yours. ask for DNA test to yourself and the girl, then they will come for settlement. Engage a good Advocate in lower court. He will do the rest. Any queries you can write here... You have a good ca, also issue legal notice and call for explanation about illegal affair and girl child..
