Q: Regarding blackmails and threats for sharing my intimate pics online.

A person is blackmailing me with my nude pics which I shared him long back but stopped all the contacts as he constantly forced me to meet. Now he is threatening me by saying he will share the pics among my family and friends if I don't contact him.

Don't trust such persons. Read about Pollachi sex scandal. it's a big mess, don't submit to any of his demands, don't give money or don't so what he says. Share this to your family members and register a police case against the said person. Be strong, don't lose hope.. Be confident.

Q: Use of residential apartment for office use

My neighbor is planning to open an it office with 10 employees in the 2bhk flat opposite to my door. We have asked him not to do so but he is not obliging. There's very limited space between the flats and they will create a nuisance.

you can complain to the corporation of panchayat authorities and ask them not to give any business license or trade license, for establishing such unit among residential houses.. Also you can inform the building owner about this..

Q: Suspecting false 498A from other State..How to apply for Bail ?

We were staying in Hyderabad, Telangana .My wife left to Kadiri, Andhra Pradesh and has not returned to my home since 8 months.I suspect that she is planning to file a false 498A case at a remote village where i might have trouble to reach every-time. She has CI level connections in that area..So, how can i avoid harassment by police etc.. in such case... Can i take Anticipatory bail now itself from Hyderabad or when should i actually take an anticipatory bail and from where?

unless a criminal case is filed, you cannot file anticipatory bail. so nothing to worry. lodge a missing complaint in your nearest police station. also publish in a newspaper that she is missing from home. so that you can avoid many problems. Also criminal cases cannot be strong against you and you did your part as a husband.

Q: My wife is asking for divorce but I don't want to give. Please help me

Hindu Marriage : My wife left the house 2 months back and not coming back, she is asking for a divorce, she is saying that she is not loving me anymore and not interested to stay in a marriage with me. There are no allegations on each other, only reason she is saying is she is not happy with me and want a divorce, But I don't want to give divorce. My doubt is can she approach for divorce on grounds of falling out of love or not interested with me.

Its better to give divorce to her. Morally thats better because no kne compel someone to be their wife or husband, it shall come from within and unless such feeling doesnt come up, you cannot do anything through courts. See consummation of marriage is not there, dont worry. Hence there is no need to worry, you are a man. If you oppose this offer from her, you will regret tomorrow as she may file false cases and for roaming around courts you will be wasting time....

Q: Wife having illegal contact and i am unable to prove

we got married in 2016.My wife stayed with me for 4 months Only - she had an affair before marriage and she continued even after marriage. we asked her to come along with her parents and dropped near her house. after few days she said she pregnant and after few months she said baby girl .No clue for us. they never returned for any settlement.Now in 2020 they came suddenly asking for property share

you file a divorce case and say that child is not yours. ask for DNA test to yourself and the girl, then they will come for settlement. Engage a good Advocate in lower court. He will do the rest.
