Wife having extra marital affair,also want to separate me from parents

hello! my profession i'm an engineer and wife is house wife, she is 10th pass, she is not agree to stay with my parents and she is having an affair with another guy, so i dont want to stay with her but there family is not readyforthis they are asking for money and i dont know whether shewill be aggred for this.. so please help me
Hi Assuming both of you are Hindus ,and since both of you are more or less not interested in continuing with this marriage , a Mutual Consent Divorce is best option if its been one year after marriage. If she is not agreeing and you have considerable evidence to establish that she is in an intimate relationship with another man , you can file one sided divorce also. The only option left to you is to file for divorce as you have necessary grounds of adultery and cruelty. She can ask for maintenance and alimony but if you can prove adultery court will reject her plea.
