Wife having extra marital affair, need divorce from & child custody

Hi sir, Had 8 years of marriage journey and blessed with 2 baby girls in my life but now my family demolished around 2 years due to illicit relationship of my wife. she is not at all willing to mingle with me due to supporters ( mother in law and third person - I don't have any proof). there is not safety for my daughters, they were staying with her mother at her mother house. They are not allowing me to see my kids although they are given complaints against me 498a, DVC, etc.. I wish to see my daughters. Legally what should I do. I have financial crisis. please guide me the provision.

You can file a petition for divorce against your wife. You can file a petition for custody of your daughters under Guardian and Wards Act. Generally Courts will give custody of girls to the mother. You will be given permission to visit and see them one in a week while inpendency of petition. You must project the illicit acts of your wife and daughters future at her. After considering every thing before court, court will grant custody of daughters to you.

Here as a father of the daughters you are at liberty to see your daughters. What I suggest you is if the above mentioned cases are registered then you are at liberty to file a petition before the concerned court for custody of your daughters and taking an interim relief for visitation rights so that you can get good cordial relationship with your daughters.
