Wife having an affair & now filing false criminal case against me

I caught my wife having affair with one of my friend in my home in my absence. We send she and our 1 year old daughter safely to her parental home. We wanted divorce. We went three times with elders for peaceful social seperation. But they dint co operate. We have all recordings. Now her mother complained in police that we threatened her to divorce and snatching baby. That is all lie. Police called us and inform to present in police station. What should we do urgently.

Without fear you can provide full information to the police but one thing is to take care that all the videos and other data is not supply original one. the original one is produce before the court. Another thing in case your wife file case against you for child plz provide all the details to the court with proof like videos and others. It is sure that court will not pass any order in her favor.
