Wife has put 498A DV maintenance many reports in police and still staying at my home.She is not going to her parents home her parents not accepting hernnI have left my home since 7 months m staying at my cousins home because of wife's harrassmentnnMy parents r staying at my original home where wife is staying no realtion with hernnI have put divorce petition n March I think it will take long time what to donnShe has schezophernia OCD I have all documents

If you do not wish to continue your marriage with your wife then you can seek divorce on the ground of cruelty and schizophrenia as it has been caused mental cruelty upon you. For now she is staying at your house and you cannot ask her to leave. instead you can show the court that because of her torture and illness you are compelled to stay elsewhere.
