In detail, as only irritation ground is not sufficient for divorce, there should be some humiliation harassment and other genuine grounds for the divorce so that you can approach the family court for divorce and mainntainace can be avoided. Better you should approach the family court under conjugal rights and then the hon'ble family court will take decision as per your wife reply and other evidences...
