Wife harassing and fighting with me what grounds of divorce i can use

I am an NRI oversees and married in kolkata 10 months ago. After marriage my wife keeps arguing on phone with no initiative to resolve issues. When I went to India no proper time spent with me. Pushes me for her immigration, impatient and continuously asks for money. Degrades me and refuses to meet me in India. Only oversees. Even refusing to spend wedding anniversary. On what grounds can I file divorce? How long if contested? Will there be alimony involved?
yes you can file a Divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty and mental torture against your wife. Divorce when contested can usually take 1 year to 3 years. yes you may have to pay alimony or maintenance to your wife if she cannot maintain herself till she gets married again. the maintenance is decided upon your status and how your wife is staying at the moment of marriage.
