Wife flirting with other men can i get divorce

Hi.I got married on 29 april 2016 under family pressure.After few months of our marriage I found my wife using a fake facebook i'd on her phone and chatting with multiple guys.When I confronted her she said that her brother was using that i'd.When I asked for browsing details of gmail,she said they dont have the password and later on when the password was recovered all the mails were deleted from gmail.I have got serious trust issues with my wife and I want divorce from her but she's not ready for divorce.I consulted lawyers and they are divorce procedure will take upto 7 years.So,I can't get married again till 7 years.please help.
The procedure for getting divorce on merit is entirely different. Only chat is also not sufficient to file a divorce case before the court of law. You need to be provide a strict proof against your wife
